Economic and Social Science Research Program:

The Economic and Social Science Research Program examines the impact of West Coast fishing on communities and regional economies, including how fishery management decisions affect communities and environmental conditions. The FISHeries Economics Explorer (FISHEyE) provides interactive analysis for many economic topics in the West Coast Groundfish Fishery inluding data to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of the Catch Share Program.

Conservation Biology Division:

The Conservation Biology Division conducts science to support the conservation of marine species and the ecosystems upon which they depend. Effective conservation requires understanding how human and natural factors influence the viability of marine species and their ecosystems. Supplied within are web accessible tools used for modeling, forecasting, and data-exploration to support the Conservation Biology Division's mission.
